Couples and Family Therapy
In couples and family work, our focus is often on communication patterns and dynamics, those areas that activate you and cause conflict, as well as how those conflicts play out. Often, beginning to decipher what is not communicated or discussed becomes important as well, alongside any misalignments in values and decision-making processes, unpacking the multifaceted histories your relationships contain. It’s a particular privilege to bear witness to, and collaborate with couples and families working to navigate, strengthen, or even separate with conscientiousness and mutuality.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a supportive space to build self-awareness, gain insight, and explore avenues for healing and growth. Healing is a human right, and with the right supports in place, people have immense capacity to thrive. Whether you are navigating stress and anxiety, seeking to better understand yourself and your relationships, or working to process past traumatic experiences, I will work alongside you, celebrating human messiness, as we delve into your story, uncovering your unique strengths and pathways forward.
